2014.08.29Breakfast: Banana steel cut oats topped with frozen raspberries and Peanut Butter & Co Smooth Operator. This was a nice breakfast but I was literally starving a few hours later. I think breakfast kick starts my appetite and then I’m hungry the rest of the day. It doesn’t really give me energy honestly…maybe breakfast just isn’t for me.
