Raw vegan carrot cupcake bites!

Breakfast - Nectarine and oatmeal with cocoa powder, raisins, flax; topped with 1 ripe banana, shredded almonds, peanuts and whole almonds;
Vegan taco salad loaded with avocado, bell pepper, tomato, brown rice, black beans, red onion, salsa, homemade tortilla strips and cilantro. I could eat this for every meal.
