This amazing bowl of fruit was part of my lunch today. Mmmmm.
This was sooo delicious! Garden fresh green & yellow zucchini (spiralized) with zucchini blossoms, nasturtiums, tomatoes, basil, black pepper, & onion blossoms. The dressing was awesome, I got it from @therawadvantage’s YouTube video (the pizza recipe) and it consisted of blended pumpkin seeds, zucchini, tomatoes, dates, sundried tomatoes, basil, & oregano.

Tonight’s delicious salad: mixed garden greens (kale, swiss chard, red & green leaf lettuce) with yellow and green zucchini, a zucchini blossom, cilantro, mushrooms, ataulfo mangos, beets, chard stalks, avocado, cherry tomatoes, & lime juice. #gardenfresh!

Today has been soooooo YUM. For dinner, I had roasted new potatoes in a little bit of olive oil, baked tofu in soy sauce - both covered in sriracha sauce - and steamed broccoli. To go with the spicy theme, I ate a bit of chile orange Green & Blacks dark chocolate for dessert, mmmm.
Toasted sesame bagel sandwich with butter lettuce, carrot ribbons, tomato slices, smoked tofu, baby spinach, melted Daiya cheddar, salt and pepper, and hummus.

Finally got myself back to making myself lunches again! its been so hectic so it was nice to finally devour this bulgur and kidney bean salad
