Today has been one of those days that is spent passing time meaninglessly, merely to get to the next day. I’m definitely going through a rough patch right now, but tomorrow will always be better.

Today has been STRANGE. But one thing’s for sure: dinner was fabulous. Quinoa with tofu, red peppers, and mushrooms all sautéed in coconut oil. I didn’t realize how much I missed quinoa until I ate it again.
